Charlotte Jorgensen is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a rich and diverse background in both commercial and residential real estate. Her career began in Los Angeles with Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Real Estate team, where she laid the foundation for her expertise in portfolio management and investment strategy. She later relocated to San Antonio, Texas, to join Gill Savings as a Commercial Real Estate Manager and within 2 years she joined USAA Real Estate Company as a Portfolio Manager, earning her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, Texas Broker’s License, and MBA.

Today, Charlotte serves as a Broker Associate with Epique Realty, where she brings a strategic, client-first approach to residential real estate. Known for her attention to detail and process-driven mindset, Charlotte manages every step of the home buying and selling journey—from the first conversation to the final signature at closing. She has developed a proven, repeatable process that she tracks and refines regularly, resulting in a strong referral-based business with over 60% of her clients coming from past clients and referrals.

Charlotte has earned numerous accolades, including recognition as a Platinum Top 50 Realtor, and holds the National Association of Realtors ePRO certification as well as the and Historic House Specialist designation through the City of San Antonio  She thrives in the innovative, forward-thinking culture of Epique Realty and is passionate about continuing to grow her business in this dynamic environment.

Deeply committed to her community, Charlotte has served on the City of San Antonio’s Taskforce for Short Term Rentals and was Chair of the Board for Crosspoint Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives after incarceration. She currently serves on the Crosspoint Legacy Assets board and is also a past Chair of the Board for Pay It Forward SA, located on the campus of Haven for Hope, where she supported the organization's mission to empower individual recovery through shared experience.

Charlotte lives in a charming historic cottage in San Antonio with her beloved cat, Eric, and her loyal dog, Mavis. Whether she’s helping clients find the perfect home or advocating for positive change in her community, Charlotte brings heart, expertise, and unwavering dedication to everything she does.
